Participants to rates subset of worker's job competencies during 360 Performance Assessment

Summary

We want participants to have access to only Non-Technical competencies of the worker during the 360 Performance Assessment

Content

We have a request from our HR Team to setup a 360 Performance Assessment template for Appraisal exerciser.

Requirements:

1. The Template should be configure to use Worker's Job competencies: Job competencies comprise of Technical competencies and NON-Technical competencies

2. The Template should have three(3) Performance roles-Worker, Manager, and Participants

3. The Participants should have access to ONLY Non-technical competencies for evaluation.

4. Worker should have access to ALL competencies for self evaluation

5. Manager should have access to ALL competencies for Worker evaluation
