 I need to Build Approval for evalution Period based on Response of one Question for performance document built on questionnaire 

if  the Manager after Submit the Probation Period Evalution , Select (Yes , The Employee has completed the probation period) , it will go for approval 

but if the manager select the Other choice (No , the Employee not complete the probation period ), it will go to another different approval 
Can you advice me how to build like this approval .
