Hi Everyone,
My customer is looking to set up a bonus plan in workforce compensation where we will manage accruals for the year. The bonus plan metrics are not consistent across workers but instead are different. Is it feasible to set up a plan where we can put metrics for each individual within the plan to manage throughout the year and communicate the payout for each of these metrics as part of the communication task?
If so, please advise how you have done this and what best practices you can share.
