How to create a read-only column till a specific date and after this date make the same field editab

Hello experts,

I have included a Bonus column in compensation plan. The cycle starts on 2019/12/01. Bonus column should be read-only till 2020/01/14 and from 2020/01/15 should be editable.

 

How can I achieve this aim?
