Hi,

As per our configuration, we enter Employee Contribution in percentage for few plans and in USD (amount) for other plans.
We have setup the rate and attached the respective elements accordingly.

Now the issue is when we enter the EE contribution in combination of both %age and USD during enrollment based on the plans selected, system adds up the %age value and USD value.

For example if Plan A EE contribution is 2 which is in %age, and plan B EE contribution is 100 which is in USD for each pay period.
