OTL Experts, Are you Scheduling the Evaluate Group Member process?  If yes, what parameters are you using, most specifically for Evaluation Date?  What considerations/challenges do you have?  We are currently running this manually as scheduling it hasn't had the outcome we anticipated.  Feeback most appreciated!
