Accrual Balance as Element Entry?

We need to set up an element entry to hold only the balance of the absence accrual plan.

We need to set up an element entry to hold only the balance of the absence accrual plan. We don't need the element to perform any calculation at this time. Is there a way to make this happen? We just want the balance in the element entries so we can include it in our third party payroll integration.
