1095C - Employee Required Contribution (Line 15)

The system is not populating the correct amount for the employee required contribution on Line 15. It is populating a zero or 15 which is not correct.

We have reviewed our setups and cannot figure out what's causing this issue.  At a previous company, it seemed to work as intended, but perhaps that's because the premium for the designated employee only option was $0.  Is our only recourse to do overrides for every single record every year?  I have a SR logged on this issue and the analyst made it a Sev 1, but has not done anything other than direct me to the user guide.  We would like to get this fixed this year rather than do overrides again and hope that it will be fixed
