Different images for one Plan Type

Possibility of different text and images for one plan type

We have multiple regions using the same Plan Types but they each want different images and text for the Plan Type.  Is it possible to use the same Plan Type and have different images and text depending on the Program in which the Plan Type is being used or do we need to use separate Plan Types

For Example:

We have a Canada and a UK Program using the Plan Type Health and they each want different images and text.
