Compa-Ratio calculation modify to include Incentive Target Amount

Would like to modify Compa-ratio for our Sales Employees to include their target incentive

Content

Our Compensation team has included incentive in our Sales Grade Ranges. The issue we are facing is that the Compa-ratio; Range Position, Quartile/Quintile calculation is only considering the Base Salary in the calculation.  Is there a way to modify the calculation to include Incentive target amount, which is housed on the Element page?  This would only be for Sales Grade Ranges; which we can identify by Job Family &/or Grade names.
