Looking for a way to report Unapproved Goals

Content

We are trying to find a way to monitor goals that have been submitted for Approval but are not approved.   We cannot find unapproved goals in either the Workforce Goals Status Overview Real Time subject area or the hrg_goals table.    Does anyone have a way to report on unapproved goals ?
