Can the employee eligibility for the Performance documents happen through HDL.

Hello

I am trying to make an employee eligibile for the performance documents through HDL,but i am unable to find the business objects for this. Currently we have the business objects for making the employee ineligible for the performance documents.Is there any business object to make them eligible or do we need to expect them in the future release?
