Hi,

We recently moved to the new UX for goal and performance. From the My Team > Performance Overview a manager has the option to 'Print', 'Transfer', 'Complete' and 'Cancel' a performance document. (see screenshot). I want to disable the option for a manager to 'Complete' the performance document as the manager will skip a few steps in the process when selecting this option. This is not desirable.

Via Page costumization I can only hide all the options, but not just one. Via the HCM experience design studio I can not find an option to disable the option to complete the performance document.
