Benefits Manager- Security to Access Report Output

Summary

Is there a way to grant access for Benefits Manager to pull the report outputs from Manage report Jobs page but not access the actual report in the Shared Folders?

we want our benefits manager to be able to access the output of a scheduled report anytime but restrict from access to run/edit those reports in Reports/Analytics tab. How can we control this using security? Please help!
