After applying 20A quarterly patch in our lower environments, Few Custom OTBI Benefits reports are not retrieving all the data for some users with seeded Benefits Manager role, only their direct
reports data is displayed.  The subject areas that are used in these Custom OTBI reports are Benefits - Enrollments real time and Benefits - Action Items real time. These reports
are working fine in Production where 20A has not been applied yet.
