Is there a way to use quick actions as deep links and embed them on a page?

The requirement is that the line manager should be able to view absence balances, latest absences, etc for a reportee at the time of performance assessment

The requirement is that the line manager should be able to view absence balances, latest absences, etc for a reportee at the time of performance assessment. There is no deep link available for team absences currently, but there are quick actions under "My Team".

 

Is there a way that the link under the quick action can be used as a deep link?

 

Is there another workaround?
