Configuring representatives in the Contact Us quick action in responsive UI

Looking to find out how to configure contacts so employees know who to contact if they have benefit related questionsContent
We are testing the responsive UI currently for the benefits module and have noticed one of the quick actions available is called 'Need Help? Contact Us'. We're really happy to see this but I can't find any documentation on how to configure contacts on to this page as there is nothing there at the moment.
Has anyone else implemented responsive UI and configured this page?
