Responsive UI : ESS no option to ADD hours when the time card is in Generated status

Hello,

When the time card is generated by Admin, from Employee Self Service-employee does not have option to ADD hours in generated time card. 

It is observed only when the time card is in Generated status. 

When the time card is in Saved status it show up ADD button to add hours.

Please refer attachment for difference.

Need help how to get ADD button on generated time card so that employee shall be able to add hours from ESS.
