Check-In template more than one

Hi,

I have question and I couldn't locate answer anywhere in the document, Can the employee have more than one check-in template ? I created one for Feb and March with different content and I have the start date of march template as 28 Feb and 31 March as end date. Although, when I run the eligibility process it doesn't seem to be assigned. The employee only has Feb template.

 

Any inputs would be helpful.
