Performance Document Printout sometimes blank

Is there any limitation for the length of the participant feedback ?

Hello, 

Some of our users are experiencing a blank page when they try to print their performance document. The pop-up window is there, but it is fully blank. For most of our users, it is working fine. 
What I have realized, we are able to print out the part of it, but not to full document. The problem might be with the length of the participant feedback.

Do you know any limitation for the participant feedback?
