We have ran the "Refresh Summary Totals" batch process a couple times and they still are incorrect.  We have removed a few people and also changed manager on a few people.  Now the budget % is incorrectly displaying along with some of the other amounts.  All our salaries are in USD with no currency conversion.  Budget is 3% across the board.
