Is it possible to modify the text on the Employee Final feedback consent?

Hello-

We would like to modify the text on the Employee Final Feedback section of the Performance Management process so that we can eliminate a step in the process.  If we can modify the text here we can also have the employee acknowledge that the review meeting was held all in one step.  We have been told this is not possible to modify this text.  If we can we would like it to be a personalization so that it is still supported by Oracle.  Can you tell me if this is possible?  See the attached screen shot of the text we
