Our implementation team had a lot of issues around Timekeeping implementation in South Korea due to different interpretations of the local labor laws.  Local HR had some interpretations of the laws that were different than what the implementation team understood.  After a lot of back and forth - including involving in-country attorneys - we've made progress.  If other companies have experienced similar interpretations issues, or odd local timekeeping requests that are difficult to implement, we would be interested in hearing more about your experience and any tips you can share.
