Hi There,

The business team is asking that we create over 30 individual sick plans to comply with local PTO laws.  We know that these sick plans and policies are going to continue to evolve and change becoming an administrative nightmare. The quote we received from a third party vendor to assist with the work is very high so, it was suggested we implement one company-wide sick policy.  I was tasked by our CIO to do some research.  I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if your company went to a consolidated sick plan and if so, do you have any
