Hi ,

We have enabled the ICD Plan, Manager submitted the plan and pending for HR Admin Approval.

This plan is Individual Compensation.

When Manager is trying to add another one system is not allowing to add another and getting error message 

Changes to this data are pending approval.
You cannot update this data until the approval completes.

I was aware in 19C this functionality enabled as system allows to submit multiple Individual Compensation even there are pending approval transaction.

 

Is there any Profile option or Config needs to be changed, Please do advise
