We have only custom type that we created under Skill and qualification section to upload historical rating from the legacy system. When we are going to upgrade talent profile. we are not getting any template to tag for historical performance rating. request you all to help and let us know which template we need to select to upload/migrate historical ratings. Please find the attached screenshot for more reference.
