Unable to Add/Configure the 9 box in my Talent Review Template Setup

Hello All,

This is my first attempt to setup a Talent Review template in R12.

I went in to define the template options and it will not let me add the x and y access.  Is there a security role that limits this particular part of the setup, or is there something I need to setup/define before doing this?

Also, I am not able to add a rating model in the create performance and potential box chart area either. 

Anyone know what I may be missing?
