Hi there,
We are currently using profile management, where employees are need to submit any additions to their profiles (e.g. new competency or license) for manager approval. We have also created an email notification that gets sent to managers, with the options to "Approve" or "Request Info" (this is an out of box BI email notification template)
Currently our managers are receiving approval requests via email as expected, but when they click on "Approve" directly from email, their transactions are not being registered in Cloud and these transactions would still sit in "in progress" even though they've already been approved via email.
