Unable to find the worker in the goal setting section

Hello

as HR i navigate to my client group and then on GOAL in order to perform the administrative task of the goal setting. In the task where i can serach the woker and view which are their goals i'm not able to find a specific worker. The filter field works because i can search the other employee but no this one that is a CONTIGENT WORKER. Is this because is a contigent worker?
