Summary:

Prevent a new hire life event being detected following a correction to job/salary data.

Following a correction to a new hire's salary or job title for an employee within 30 days of hire, an additional New Hire life event is added to the Person Life Events records for that employee. This is a problem for those who have already enrolled in benefits.  It adds this additional New Life event -- and when this gets processed, all of the elections the employee made are wiped out and the default elections are applied.
