How to update goal plans with refreshed eligibility profiles

After mass assigning a goal plan to a group of employees, it was realized that the eligibility profiles were not set up correctly.  We have corrected the eligibility profiles and would like to understand how we can run a scheduled process, or make a mass change to un-enroll employees from a goal plan that they are no longer eligible for.  Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
