Managers have the ability to Change Salary.  For salary and job changes to employees above a certain job level, these are routed for special approval.

In addition, we would like to route any compensation changes above a certain salary percentage for special approval as well.  This would apply to all employees regardless of job level.

Is there a way to configure this additional approval in workflow?
