Shared goal being added do not have much details till goal added

While a person(empl1) shares goal with colleague(empl2), this colleague(empl2) cannot see any details of the shared goals till the goal is added to his own Goal Plan. The only information visible is Goal Name which is not enough to decide if the colleague(empl2) should be adding the goal in his goal plan or not. This is design gap which is not taken into consideration.
