Added performance Goal & development Goal as default discussion topic in Check-in template, but can't see in Check-In Doc

Dear expert

I created Check-in template, and checked performance & Development goal as default discussion topic ( as Pic 2), but I can't see these sections in Check-in document ( as Pic 1), I checked HCM design studio as well, all these sections are visible( as Pic 3).  The test user is a super user, has such as HR specialist role.   Could you give any advice? thx a lot.
