Approval for publishing a goal plan (prior assigning it) to an eligible population

Can you set up an approval workflow for a new goal plan (so the 'bucket') not the individual goals found in the bucket/plan

Hi there,

My client would like to know if we can set up an approval step/ workflow for publishing a goal plan (with or without individual goals attached to it). From the documentation my understanding is that we can activate approval that usually pointed more towards individual goals - e.g. line managers approved goals added or amended by employee.
