Need to Create a Punch pattern in shifts

We need to Create a Punch Time Shift which has the below pattern.

The shift needs to be created as a time shift which starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM, below should be the punches defined.

Out

Has anyone implemented this kind of shifts with schedules? Please Help.
