Info on performance section

Hi All

There are delivered information for each of the performance section and give information based on the template section type. One such section which is based on 'Profile Content'  shows competencies in the info as shown in screen . 

I want to check if there is a way to change the content of this info. So instead of info banner saying"Evaluate the included competencies." can this be changed to " Customer specified content"
