We are working on setting up the feedback and check in functionality. Does everyone else allow employees to make feedback requests and see the responses from anything provided to them/their manager? We are creating a business case that shows the benefits of allowing this transparent feedback culture, but it would be great to hear of any success stories you have in this area. 

Equally, if you had to restrict some of this functionality to employees it would be interesting to hear why and how this impacted the feedback culture in your company.
