Our senior leadership is embarking on implementation of the CHECK-IN functionality in Oracle and we have a few questions as we move towards this journey.

We are planning to roll it out in the following manner
---------------------------------------------------------------
One set of questions that the Employee can answer (approximately 4-6 questions)
and
Another set of questions that the Manager can answer (approximately 4-6 questions)

The check-in document is a live document. i.e. the manager comments once entered and saved are visible to the employee
