Is there a way to showcase previous years details in Total compensation statements? e.g. If there is a bonus /salary amount provided to an employee in year 2019 and if in 2020 TCS statements that needs to be provided i.e. stored as a placeholder so that year on year difference can be calculated and presented upon in the statement.
2019
Bonus - $X ; Annual sal - $Y
2020
Bonus - $Q ; Annual sal - $P
Difference (to be presented in 2020 statement)
Bonus - $Q - $X ; Annual sal - $P - $Y
Also, is it possible to show these in a table format?
