Associate Learning with a development goal 20b error

Hi, 

I have configured the new 20b update 'associate learning with a development goal', however in the development goal page, an error under learning appears stating 'This page couldn't be displayed because the news feed configuration settings have recently changed'. 

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
