Applying receipts in 20B Update for Receviable Testing

Summary

When applying receipts, receipt is being duplicated on customer's account history

Unapplied/on account receipt shows on customer account history twice but does not seem to show twice in the customer's account balance.  Has anyone else had this issue with 20B update?
