Custom column reading employees Target Bonus of different countries

Hello experts,

we are implementing a global compensation plan involving employees of different Legislative Data Groups.

We would like to create a custom column called Target Bonus reading the bonus the employees have. However, for each country we have configured different target bonus as for example: SPAIN TARGET BONUS; ANNUAL BONUS TARGET; GERMANY TARGET BONUS.

Is there a way to make all those values visible in that column (I think a Fast Formula could be useful)? For example, I have tried to use the Element Mapping section available in that custom field, but nothing changed.
