Calculated column not updated when working on spreadsheet (Workforce compensation plan)

Hello,

it is useful to work on the online spreadsheet when managing workforce compensation plans.

However, I have noticed that the calculated columns are protected and they are not updated in real time but only after uploading the spreadsheet.

Is there a way to update calculated column while working on the spreadsheet?

In the attached example, the Actual Bonus (Adjusted) should be equal to: TARGET BONUS + BONUS ADJUSTMENT.
