Sub Goals for each goal

Dear Experts,

The customer has a requirement where they want to have separate KPIs for each goal and have a unique weightage for them too. It is more like to have a sub-goal under each goal. I am attaching a screenshot for better understanding. If anyone came across this kind of requirement, pls share the suggested solution provided.
