Performance Evaluation is Manager evaluation only, no self eval. Matrix Manager is setup as a Performance manager(Manager Type) under Person management.  Line manager will not do the performance evaluation.  Added performance manager Role, Added role to Performance template.  I gave all possible security for Performance manager but he is still unable to get the Performance Document for the employee.  Is there an additional step here?  Any help at the earliest will be great.
