Struggling with NUX and how to manage Performance Management

Hi,

I would appreciate any helpful hints or guidance people may be able to share, I think my company is looking to achieve the impossible with the new Performance Management which we are just in the process of rolling out prior to 20B.

Here is a scenario of what has happened and what we would like to achieve:

* Feedback received suggested there were too many submit buttons before the Objectives were finally shared with their Manager

* Feedback received suggested that the Warning messages about 'Changes being submitted for Approval' was wrong as we don't have approvals
