Manager field is non editable while creating check in document

Summary

While we are trying to create a new check in document, the field manager is non editable

Content

1. if line manage creates check-in document for his subordinate the he should be able to select manager from dropdown which means should be able to delegate authority to performance manager to complete the check in.
