ACTIVITY_EVENT_TIME field is NULL for HWM_TM_TREC record (loaded timecard)

Activity Event Time field is being set to NULL or not populated when the timecard are loaded via Rest API. This is opposite when the timecards are created manually in Cloud, the ACTIVITY_EVENT_TIME are populated as expected.

This field is being used as a reference for the Fast Formula we created in our system and not having this will result to incorrect calculation especially on checking previous timecards that were not created in Cloud manually.
