Advanced Mode is not working for Add a new Absence from Admin login

When new absence creating by  'Add Absence'  from Absence admin login , Advanced Mode is not showing on the Absenece records Page (Absence Administration Page) 
Instead it is just showing Basic Mode as a static text as a label.

If the Absence entered from employee login (Me > Add Absence) , with 'Edit Entries' Option and  over ride hours and submit ,  that absenece entry is showing in advanced mode for Adminstrators .

We have enabled the below features for Administartors on Plan Type > Display Features > Date and Duration

Enabled 'Override Daily Duration' for Employee , Managers , Administrators
